Order Processing Steps

Order received after full payment or shipping-only payment, then confirmation is sent via WhatsApp, email, or phone call.

Order preparation takes 1-2 business days.

Quality check is completed before shipping.

Order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

You can track the shipment through the carrier or the tracking link sent to you.

Important Notice

Unreceived shipments can be re-shipped after coordination. If you no longer need the order, shipping fees are non-refundable. For prepaid orders, the paid amount is refunded after deducting the shipping cost.
